We understand that issues occur, and are dedicated to helping you resolve any problems to guarantee your utmost satisfaction. All purchase orders made through WheelWitness.com have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our products – just contact us with the details and we will issue you an RMA. The product must be returned in the same shape as received along with all included accessories. Wheel Witness provides a warranty of 1 year on all our products. All warranty claims must be submitted to our Support page Contact Us form with a subject of “Warranty.” Please include your original order details as well as the serial number of the unit. Units sent in may be repaired, or replaced with a new or refurbished unit depending on the circumstances at the time.
